I finally have one of these! And I used it. That's great. It's super sharp and does its job perfectly. The finger guard works with potatoes and that's one of the main things I need it for. Instructions in English and other languages. And it is small and easy to store. My grandparents had one and I'm not a spring baby (46) and this has lasted up to 30 years. Then I got myself a kitchen gadget from Costco. Thing was absolutely bearish for storage. It was so big and bulky that cleaning it was a mess. So when I moved again I took this one based on the reviews. It's so functional, yet so easy to pack back into its elegant box and put away. Very happy.
