My previous washcloth was awesome; The gentle stream washing around everything just made the toilet paper seem barbaric. So I got this with the expectation that it would be a similar experience. You should call it the soap-on-a-string model because no matter how much water you put in, it feels like you've got a fire hose up your ass. The pain is unbearable and yes I bled from it. I even tried shutting off the water valve on the wall and that just made it not work at all, so I'm either in nothing or ass blaster mode. Before I got this one, I also bought it for my sister and son-in-law because I thought it would be a wonderful gift for them. and introduce them to the new world of hygiene. Luckily they haven't used it yet.
