This wetsuit top fits perfectly. I'm 5ft 7in, 150lbs and usually wear a size 10 or larger top. The sleeve length is perfect and provides the consistent fit you need to stay warm on the site. I am really surprised that the quality is so good at this price. I bought 2 other tops from other manufacturers and the sleeves of one were too short and tight and the sleeves were short AND too baggy on the other. The size is suitable for tall people!
