Did what I expected! My O3 Duramax was sagging in the front, especially on the driver's side. He twisted the torsion bar adjusters and rode like a block of concrete. With this kit you get front shock extensions that allow you to raise the front end without turning the adjusters. With the kit installed, my front end is now within 1/4 inch of the rear end's height and it rides just as smoothly as before. On the passenger side I left the torsion bar tension unadjusted, on the driver's side I adjusted it for the passenger's height. Perfectly smooth, smooth ride, like a new truck. Good product design, good price and quality. Easy installation using the GM torsion bar compression tool provided by O'Reily's. Note: Corrosion on the torsion bars can make this setup difficult, I didn't have an easy job practically.
