This company does not deserve any positive feedback. Their support is horrible. When I asked a question on their Facebook page they did not respond to me at all. When I called their customer service they didn't seem to understand my question. The website is absolutely awful. It looks like something that was designed by a 10th grader. They charge $10k+ for their software. That is outrageous. I don't care if you give me a free version, I am not paying $10k+ for a piece of software. You would expect a software developer to offer a free trial version first before charging thousands of dollars. If you want my money, I want to try it out first. If it doesn't work, I'll just download a copy from the internet for free. If I don't like it, I won't buy it. Why should I pay hundreds of dollars for a piece of software that is broken? And why is their support so terrible?
- Free version lets you do limited amount of analysis.
- The support is very nice.
- Very easy to set up and integrate with MS Office.
- Not intuitive at all
- Takes forever to load pages when you do things like update a view or table.
- Every time I open the help files, they are written by someone who has never worked with Excel
