I bought these pots mainly because they looked good. And I was very pleasantly surprised that they are very durable, very thick and really easy to clean. I haven't had them that long but I cook about six days a week and they really are a great addition to my kitchen. I don't know what the material is, but they are very well made and nothing sticks, nothing at all. I really hate to cook but they make my cooking easier and when I need to cook I can do it into something that makes the whole process easier which they definitely do! 100% buy recommendation for everyone.
