I used to store the lawnmower and pressure washer on a piece of cardboard that would absorb moisture, stain and not be pretty. This product works better than a piece of cardboard. It's easy to clean, looks good in the garage, and rolls easily. Much better than a piece of cardboard. As long as it's durable. It's also nice when I want to work on something greasy and oily in the garage and don't want to get the floor dirty.
