Review on Versanora Madelyn Modern Ergonomic Adjustable by Yolette Jackson

I'm very upset. This product is not of very good quality and frankly not even usable. At first I was missing a screw, which isn't a big deal as it can be fixed with just the three screws I received. But then the wheels aren't even designed to lock in place, they just rely on ground pressure to keep them in place. Then the part for which the chair should be blocked was broken. As you can see in my video. And when I put the chair on it it didn't snap and instead fell off when you sat on it and then ripped that piece off the other and got stuck in the chair. I'm not an idiot and have successfully built all my furniture myself, so I'm not sure if this is user error. I also used the guide. And to make matters worse, the color doesn't match my decor at all, but it's probably my own fault, I had imagined it to be greener. Finally, I still don't have a chair because it doesn't work and it's a $100 waste. I am extremely disappointed.
