Works just as well as the expensive one my dentist used!
I grind my teeth at night which causes my lower teeth to loosen and wear down. I bought an expensive night guard from my dentist that worked great until I lost it on a trip. I decided to try them because I just couldn't afford another recipe. Much to my surprise, this one works just as well! It's a slightly different material and you have to mold it yourself, but it works great for literally 1/20th the price from my dentist. I'm a fan! It even comes with extras in case I lose it again!
