I like the ease of use and the ability to customize the platform to fit your business needs. I also like the ability to have a live chat with a customer service representative. I dislike that it is not as user friendly as some other platforms. It is a little more difficult to figure out how to do things. It is also not as user friendly as some other platforms. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a platform to help them grow their business. We are using it to help our clients and prospects find us and to help us onboard them.
