Great tool if implemented correctly

The most important thing about this product is that it can be used for both internal and external clients. You can use this software to create new clients by using their integration with our client service system. This has allowed us to reach out to more customers in less time than we would have done otherwise. It really takes some time before you fully understand how everything works together. Make sure to ask everyone who helps set up your account questions they might not see right away. If…

Quattro - Great Platform, Not User Friendly

I like the ease of use and the ability to customize the platform to fit your business needs. I also like the ability to have a live chat with a customer service representative. I dislike that it is not as user friendly as some other platforms. It is a little more difficult to figure out how to do things. It is also not as user friendly as some other platforms. Best bang-for buck investment ever made

The best thing about quatro is that you can customize your own dashboard to fit any business need or requirement! It's super easy for me as an end user since I'm not technical at all but still very intuitive with this platform once it gets familiarized by my team members who are more technically inclined than myself!! Nothing much yet because we just started using them last month so there isn't anything specific out of their product itself which needs improvement in terms if easeofuse etc.. But
