On receipt of the air filter a quick visual check showed this part to be suitable for our Ford Edge. However, after trying to actually install the air filter, it turned out that the thickness of the top orange filter rubber gasket was preventing the air filter housing from installing properly. So I contacted the seller and arranged a return with an explanation of the problem. Surprisingly, within 20 minutes I received a text that included a short video showing a simple technique on how to correctly fit an OEM spec air box housing. After that I was able to install the filter and attach the housing without much effort. All in all, the air filter really fits and thanks to the installation video, the installation was quickly completed. Additionally, I was very impressed with the quick response of the customer service team and the fact that they provided the exact information needed to resolve the situation.
