Review on 🔧 Metra 99-2011 GM Multi Kit: Optimal DIN and Double DIN Radio Solution for 1990-Up Vehicles by Delbert Potter

After looking at reviews etc even the Metra website shows it's for Toyota Matrix/Pontiac Vibe 03-04. Normally connected to the radio. Compared to factory mounts, the required flanges for assembly have been included and the rest cut off. He simply refused to be fully inserted into the dashboard. I had to do an incredible amount of trimming on the back and bottom edges of the sides and even the flanges to eliminate all interference while retaining as much strength as possible and I finally managed to get it in place. without additional unnecessary pressure on lightweight plastic flanges that can cause them to break. Although I could probably search again and find another that would fit without modification, I was halfway through the job and needed to finish it. I used to be lucky and had no problems with Metra products but this time they let me down. 2 stars only because the flanges are in the right position.
