I bought this mount because it had more horizontal screw holes than other mounts. My cleats couldn't center the TV where we wanted. These extra holes allowed me to move the strut out of the way to shift the position of the cleats. I used latch bolts in wooden bolts. It's well built and gives you peace of mind that it will hold up your big screen TV. It moves easily to desired angles and feels very secure. When you don't need sharp viewing angles, it folds very flat and close to the wall, comparable to other mounts that don't give you additional viewing angles. Installation problems. I would recommend this product to everyone with one small exception, no bracket is perfect for every TV. My TV's HDMI 1 port was blocked by the metal center of this bracket. Luckily my TV had other HDMI ports on the side so I could plug my cable in there. Of course you would then have to use the HDMI2 input instead of HDMI1, but as I never change the input once it's installed because it comes from my home theater which does the device switching, this is a very small complaint. If you only have one HDMI port and it's in the center back of your TV, you may need a more open mount. If you have other HDMI ports or they are not in the center of the back of the TV, you can buy this product with confidence.
