Fast delivery and easy set up. Did about 2+ GPH. There are no leaks at all. You may need to make some connections, but then everything is fine. For waste water, run a hose through one of the holes in the top bracket so the outlet valve is pointing straight up, otherwise there will be a slight leak when bent to one side. Some of the valve clamps did not have an extension for easy removal. I'm not sure why they aren't all the same, but a fingernail will take it away. No wrench is required as the top of the membrane screws securely into place after the filter is installed. I pour out the first 3 gallons to ensure the unit has been cleaned before use. Instructions are lacking at best, and even the website doesn't offer much. It is very important in relation to the valves for removing and inserting the hose. Remove the clamp. Put on the clamp and then insert/remove the hose. Make sure the clamps are reinstalled. There is no information on cartridge life, but their website states that carbon should be replaced every 6 months and other filters should be replaced approximately every year depending on usage. Good unit for a 10-15 gallon per week production which I am using at the moment. Generally satisfied and ordered to add a DI block.
