I love APC products. But this product has instructions printed in very small print which some may find easy to read but not me. I had to take a picture of it, crop it and print it out on a regular page to finally read everything I needed. And the only thing that was never made clear from Revain's presentation is that this device does not allow to program each of the 4 plugs separately. I'd appreciate time working on at least one or two of the four. However, this device offers the same timer for all four plugs and does NOT offer an "always on" plug option. It's not on the box and finding it in the fine print came after spending too much time trying to figure everything out. THIS MAY NOT BE A PROBLEM for those who have plenty of outlets available to meet their "always on" needs. But that was a problem for me, especially since the whole block covered two whole plugs in that one socket. IF I WANTED EVERYTHING, TURNING 4 DIFFERENT ITEMS ON AT THE SAME TIME AND TURNING THEM OFF AT THE SAME TIME, I MIGHT LIKE THIS PRODUCT. But be that as it may, the lack of clear information on how it works when "all forks work on the same timer", as well as the lack of a clear, readable, and detailed disclosure of this issue from the start, this purchase was one of my most disappointing transactions . to Raven.
