I really like this railing. I got this for my toddler who sleeps with me and it works great! He stands right next to the bed so she can't roll between him and the bed, he just stops her. I have a metal bed frame and a full size bed so it was a bit difficult to tighten it down to fit perfectly. In its tightest position, it was still too loose for my comfort. I ended up wrapping the piece around my metal rods to hold it more tightly to the mattress and it worked great. My daughter loves it too. She likes cute pictures drawn on it. I was a little hesitant to buy it because I used to have a different brand of splints for my son when he was younger and it was terrible. I ended up getting rid of it, but I'm glad I tried this one (:
