The support team at thingy has been extremely helpful in getting us up an running with our system as quickly as possible! Also they have helped implement some new features that we wanted from day one - which was very important given how early into project planning it still seems like there are so many options out their when you're just starting off (which can be overwhelming).

I would say this product could use better documentation/help guides around certain areas such as implementation steps or advanced settings but otherwise things seem pretty straight forward once setup properly. We needed something simple yet powerful enought handle all aspects required by manufacturing companies who want real time reporting capabilities without having too much IT overhead involved. ThingsiyAi meets these needs perfectly well; allowing my colleagues &amp me access via web browser instead means no need install software etc onto clients' computers either meaning less training costs overall if users already know what's.
