The first thing I like about this cable is the solid construction, braided with strong terminations. As it will likely be used in a fixed position it will take quite a while. However, it's fairly portable; You can roll it up and put it in your briefcase when needed. The length is just right. We had a 1.6 foot cable that was too short. At just over 6 feet long, it offers just enough length for flexible use, but not so long that it's unwieldy. Of course it works. It will likely run on a relatively new laptop or desktop computer and an operating system that allows video output over USB-C (or Thunderbolt 3). But it's best to check it out before you buy. A five star product that meets specific needs and satisfies very well.
