OK, but not worth the price

Here is my rundown of how to use the various functions of this food processor. Some were better than others. Kneading dough: 5 1/2 cups flour on speed 1, then 2. Great and quick. The car didn't go through the switch. However, an attempt to knead dough weighing less than 3 pounds was unsuccessful. The bowl was too big and deep for the dough hook to reach the flour. I had to knead the dough with my hands. Then knead the already formed dough with a mixer. Meat grinder: 2.5 pounds of chicken breasts, 3 shallots, 4 cloves of garlic, and a handful of croutons. It worked adequately but slowly. The chicken had to be cut into thin strips. Had to stop once to clean the blade. In addition, the sieve must be cleared of blades so that the bottom does not become clogged. Much quicker and easier if you use a food processor. Beat egg whites: Since 5 says to beat, I whipped 6 egg whites with sugar. After about 20 minutes the car stopped. I assumed it was a sign of possible overheating. After a while I restarted it. Even after 30-35 minutes of whipping, my protein never reached hard peaks. Cooking Pasta: I've tried to cook pasta with an extruder without success. All the different forms of postage stamps were useless. It was faster to roll out the dough with your hands. Then cut into strips with a knife. Cons: The blender is bulky but lightweight so it feels a bit flimsy. The same applies to all supplied accessories. Everything made of plastic or light metal. The handle for tilting the mixing head is difficult to turn. It would be difficult for someone with arm mobility to turn it. Louder than my Kitchenaid when it's on. Advantages: price, weight, numerous accessories included. The bowl is large enough for most types of baking. Overall, this is an adequate mixer if just used for battering or mixing. Extra features like chopping meat and cooking pasta are completely useless. But for 150€ it's not worth the price in my opinion.
