Pure nickel as far as I can tell!
Everything appears to be exactly as described. Very easy to solder/weld and fairly ductile (as it should be). Definitely not the cheap metal coated stuff I've found in my e-bike battery! I've used this to replace it and make repairs! Ordered another bag after using this one!
