Chemical odor reviews are very accurate. These are balloons. I had to blow them up and only did 4 out of 12 because you knew this chemical is bad for your health. This item doesn't even cost $4.99. The breastplate was the only thing of quality. The party hat is a joke and would only be seen on the Chihuahua. The description says it's a birthday set for a girl, but when you have a princess like me it's boring. I used a tiara instead of a stupid cheap party hat.
