I like that all of my projects are in one place. It can be confusing at times when working with multiple software systems as it may look similar but not identical from system to system (i.e., MS Project vs Excel). There should be more ways available (like filters) to search specific fields within data sets. This makes it easier to quickly find what you need so that you don't have to go back up/down each time. We use this tool for our whole organization, including client-facing staff members with varying levels of experience using technology (we do a lot of web development here!). Having everything accessible together helps us keep track of our progress easily - no having to jump between different programs or applications!
