Mine looks just like the picture and works great.
A few things here. When installing I highly recommend finding a metal bar under the seat to attach the bottom ones first then the top ones and make sure you have good tension so they don't come loose and fly up towards you. Mine looks just like the picture. It's definitely handy, and I love the fact that it has a built-in 'pocket'. My hole doesn't even try to float. Be careful with the installation, just try in the order I have given. DO NOT attach it to the plastic under the seat, look for something solid metal.
