So with 8 tablets left of my first bottle of Extendagen I can start an early review of this product. I haven't noticed any significant increase in ejaculate volume (although I may not have been drinking enough water) which, while not the primary purpose of this product, could be improved. However, there is definitely a noticeable and significant reduction in my post ejaculation refractory period, which means I can basically get up 5-10 minutes after ejaculation when I wasn't able to before, and this is definitely a very real effect of this product. I have also found that my penis is significantly less sensitive after ejaculation, softens more slowly and appears thicker when flaccid. Also, with these pills, my libido seems to be higher than before, which could be a good benefit for you. I haven't always noticed an increase in the intensity of my orgasms, but I haven't had enough opportunities to have sex to be sure. So rest assured, these pills are definitely not a placebo. For me the reduced refractory period was the main reason I bought it and given its effectiveness for that purpose I am happy with my purchase. Might be a place to ejaculate semen more copiously to be able to move on to the second round faster (in which you need extra semen!), but this is a very good product that I recommend if you're looking to shorten your refractory period , which I would say most men love to do! I will definitely keep an eye out for a second bottle.
