I ordered just over a half size up and what would I order if I just ordered the bottoms as my hips are larger than my waist. It fits well. It's a little stretchy and I'm not sure what the claim is about the material. It's not impressive, but it certainly doesn't scream China, which is nice. I'm only giving 3 stars because it's not the most flattering. I feel like I look a little nervous. I avoid the empire waist for this reason, and I don't feel like it was shown or described. I'll need to wear shapewear underneath so I probably won't wear it that often. You also absolutely need a ribbon for clothes, a plunging neckline is NO joke!
