Good but difficult. in Irons
My first impression was that the iron is very neat, well assembled and easy to use. BUT, as soon as I plugged it in and started ironing, I realized how heavy the iron was. All of the weight is on the back where the cord is stored. I decided to stretch the cord to the full 8 feet and that helped a bit, but it was still a lot heavier than my old straightener. Perhaps all new retractable cord irons are arranged like this. I'm fine and very happy with it. If you are concerned about the weight, order a different iron.
