Doesn't fit, terrible customer service

The arrow cutouts are not aligned. The left side was fine but the right side was very misaligned no matter how you position the vinyl. I contacted EV Armor for a replacement and they promised they would send a replacement but they never did. They no longer answer my emails. Terrible customer service.
