Kaastonecorp have contacted me about an issue I am having found with this lock.They are working on fixing grammatical errors in the manual said they will add more screws to each set and keep in touch with me.I have two of these locks now and am working on the keyrings to separate lock. And if you pair it with another lock, the same thing happens. If I unlock one door, both doors open. Not an ideal situation works i have to thank daisy for working with me she really tries to fix everything they also mentioned working with the manufacturer to take care of the replacement no art Cloth handle lock on metal, for better quality. I have to give them credit for wanting to make a quality product. =============================================== === ================================= I don't understand why no one makes a door lock all metal. Yes, some of them are metal, but the lock handle, battery compartment, and cover are all plastic. Overall, it just doesn't feel durable. I have a keypad door lock at home and it is all metal and very durable. I have a 2007 Raptor and it was a pretty easy swap. However, a screw head broke off during installation. Serious? So now I have three screws holding it together, the other almost broke flush with the bracket. :/ And because the screw is made of such a cheap material, I can't get it out because it just breaks. The instructions aren't very good either. You might think that when you release a product in a country, you ask a native speaker to check your instructions for accuracy. This is definitely not the case here. Go to China!
