I have arthritis in my legs and arms. I use a paraffin bath, I dip my feet in wax and then cover them with a bag and put on shoes, gosh, my feet stay nice and warm for about 20 minutes. My joints relax and aren't as stiff anymore. I would recommend these ankle boots and gloves
