The camera works with other apps but not with Skype on Windows 10. After spending some time troubleshooting, the problem seems to be Skype. I have made sure I have the latest version of Skype installed. I made sure Skype was the only application that needed to use it. Then I opened it for other applications. It hasn't worked with the Skype app in any scenario I've tried. I'm using a GTX 960 graphics card with an AMD Ryzen 5 1600. All my drivers are up to date. It works with Zoom and other apps. And it works with Skype over the web, but not as an app.
