It works well and loved it until the cord was unplugged/ripped off.

It opens wine bottles very well and the cork can also be easily released at the push of a button. However, it wasn't until last night that we noticed it wasn't charging and saw the coating around the wiring was peeled and torn. This shouldn't happen after a few months of use. Very disappointed.
