This mug is terrible in every way
If you try to drink it straight it will leak. The heat from your coffee is instantly transferred to the glass, making the cup too hot to hold and your coffee cooling twice as fast as in a paper cup. You can drink through a straw, but you must drink quickly before the coffee has cooled. Serving 18 ounces of coffee is not my style.
