I was thrilled to learn about Hecef's online store and their extensive selection of kitchen and dining necessities as an overseas consumer. My interaction with this business, however, was less than positive. First of all, the website's menus and broken links made it challenging to explore. Second, my order arrived considerably later than anticipated because the shipping method was unreliable. Additionally, some of the things arrived damaged due to poor packaging. I found the customer service representatives to be slow and useless in their responses. They didn't seem to care about listening to my issues or provide a good answer. I had a bad overall experience with Hecef, and I would not suggest their business to any foreign clients. For individuals who reside outside of the country, it is a dangerous choice because to the erratic shipping and subpar customer service.
