I have several hundred kilometers on the chain. It's light and sleek and looks great on my bike. The blue matches perfectly and I get lots of compliments on how cool it looks. I've used hot tub chain wax instead of regular lube and it stays clean and shiny. Mixed with a Dura Ace cassette and the shifting action is perfect. Does it cost twice as much as a Dura Ace or SRAM Red chain? From looks alone I'd say probably, but it also seems to have a performance boost, so yes. We'll see how long it lasts, but so far so good. January 1, 2019 A year later, the chain is still working great. Did the Dura Ace cassette survive, that's for sure. I've driven it about 4,000 miles and after a thorough inspection I found some chips of blue paint but that's about it. I continue to use wax instead of lube so keeping it clean and shiny was a breeze. Although not stretched and quite quiet. If (if) this chain ever dies I will definitely be buying another one. The only downside is they don't make a 12 speed version of the Eagle for my mountain bike.
