I like that it is simple to use- you can add questions as needed, which makes it flexible for any business size or scope of work. It also has some built in reports so we do not have to create our own every time. There are other competitors out there, but this one was the easiest to set up and train users to navigate. Also they were very responsive to my requests during setup! We used skypher while working through an ERP project at a large manufacturing firm where many employees had access across multiple sites. This product allowed us to automate responses to common employee queries without having people manually fill them out each week.
