Great tool to speed up proposal making, and better than anything else out right now
I like how easy it makes our process for responding with quotes/proposals when working remotely or across multiple offices - we are able make quick decisions without needing constant communication back & forth which saves A LOT OF TIME! Also love being notified if there was any type activity within one day of submitting an offer; this helps us know immediately what other companies have done even before they submit their paperwork (or sometimes after). Being remote myself as well i think its hard at times because my coworkers do not always respond quickly enough during critical deadlines such as close dates etc.. however overall has been great thus far!!
Pros
- Simple, user friendly interface that is very intuitive to use..especially once you get used too navigating around your account dashboard area.
- The ability see realtime updates from clients in order help better manage expectations while quoting projects / proposals out..it also allows me easier access into client calendars so can coordinate timely appointments accordingly instead having them request last minute meetings due simply lackluster planning time by both sides involved :)Also LOVE seeing instant notifications whenever
