Velcro is weak and not sewn properly.
The Velcro loops sewn into the elastic hem are sewn in incorrectly. 3 of the 6 tabs were bent at an angle. The seams came apart and didn't seal, so the first flap came right out of the seam. I had to sew on the tabs to secure them properly. Note. I bought 2 and only had an issue with one so my rating is based on the weaker of the two.
