Removing the Audi head unit was a breeze. Insert two keys into the slot, straight side out. All connectors are locked and slide out. Two below, the rest behind. Getting the erase keys was a pain. Get GOOD quality keys and removing them shouldn't be difficult. Finding a place for the box was difficult, as was working with a lot of cables in the dash, but I figured it out. Day three and there is an occasional jump when playing music from Spotify and I had an automatic wireless Android disconnect. The signal isn't a problem as I found a hidden spot for the antenna just in front of the center console. Maybe it's just a channel problem. All of the standard controls I tried worked flawlessly. I have limited mobility in my right hand and actually find the jog dial more precise than the touchscreen. Google Maps works great! A worthwhile upgrade for the price.
