Bought this collar in April 2019 as a complete system. Fenced 4 acres for my young black lab and the system worked flawlessly. In September I noticed her running outside the flags and examining the collar. I found that the case was cracked and water had gotten into the device. Since my dog is an active Lab who loves to play and swim, I decided to purchase a replacement. I bought a replacement collar in October and it arrived last night with an entire unit missing. The system works as advertised but the quality just isn't for an active dog. As a professional in the plastics industry, I would advise the manufacturer to reconsider the plastic used in this product and the design. Better grades of plastic can be used, which in turn make it indestructible for a small increase in cost. I won't buy any other.
