After setup I noticed the EQ wasn't working so I contacted Pyle support (from the trash can) and on the "chat" was told they only sell and product information or they tell you "read the manual", the manual is a joke. So I emailed and emailed for weeks and no help. I got a replacement block and it had the same problem. Eventually Pyle contacted me and confirmed that there was a problem and they wanted me to ship the device to them. They wanted me to return the unit at my own expense and with a signed form that they could deduct "fees" from my debit account. I just threw the device in the trash. RUN, DO NOT WALK FROM THIS COMPANY. ATTENTION!
