Enough for a man cave!

Haven't tried the sound and/or karaoke function, but so far so good. The sound is loud for the device's size and price. The sound quality is not the best and the switch off setting. It will not revert to your last setting. Hence the reason for my 4 star rating. I love the blue backlight on the display and the fact that you can turn down the brightness.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Hard to say

Poor quality, very disappointed.

I got the receiver as a Christmas present from my husband, but we only recently reinstalled it in our poolside tiki bar. We are very disappointed. The reception is very bad. We can't even listen to our favorite local rock station because it's full of hiss. We never had any problems with our old receiver. The board is also of poor quality. You have to be very close to the receiver for it to work, and it won't turn the receiver on and off without first pressing a button on the receiver and…

Run, don't go! for receiver and amp

After setup I noticed the EQ wasn't working so I contacted Pyle support (from the trash can) and on the "chat" was told they only sell and product information or they tell you "read the manual", the manual is a joke. So I emailed and emailed for weeks and no help. I got a replacement block and it had the same problem. Eventually Pyle contacted me and confirmed that there was a problem and they wanted me to ship the device to them. They wanted me to return the unit at my own expense and with a…

There are better options

The remote does not control the input selection and does not control the master volume. The board is useless. No digital surround processing. No sound can be output from the subwoofer and audio out. At the time of writing this article, we have scheduled maintenance to assess the issue. The only EQ we can get working is the treble and bass pots. The master audio output uses a keyed potentiometer instead of a smooth potentiometer. We are considering desoldering and replacing the existing pot…

A bunch of disappointments, again!

Unpacked and started connecting everything (speakers, antenna) and then installed batteries in the remote control. Popped the system into the tuner and it started scanning and loading 30 presets into memory, when it hit 94 on FM the preset memory was full and 28 of them were nothing but static. Repeated this process twice with different antennas, same result: 28 stations with static and 2 clean stations that I would never hear and no means or instructions to tune the system manually. We called…

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Expensive insurance

File systems and audio codecs are almost remembered after all!

With these new Pyle receivers/amplifiers (e.g. P3201BT) with USB stick support, file systems and audio codecs are almost fully functional and working correctly! Test media: SAMSUNG MUF-64AB/AM FIT Plus 64GB FILE SYSTEMS Tested and working file systems: FAT32/VFAT, EXFAT Tested and unrecognized file systems: EXT2, NTFS WORKAROUND: For EXFAT file systems created with Linux 5.12 (Samsung version code) , I had to run a Windows 10 disk scan (and/or Linux fsck.exfat); and after completing and…

Lots of power: receiver and amplifier

I bought this to replace an outdated and broken Pioneer 25 disc CD changer. I'm a drummer and I needed something to play through music to play along. The first thing I noticed when I first plugged it in was that the SD card was a bit difficult to insert into the amp. I don't really care because I loaded about 600 songs onto the card so it can just stay in the amp. The amplifier cannot browse the folders on the card. At first I thought he would play the folders in alphabetical order, and then do
