[UPDATE] Great support! They contacted me several times and we worked out a solution. The monitor works well and has decent picture quality and brightness, especially for the price. Unfortunately, it has defective pixel clusters (see attached image) that are hardly noticeable in normal use. The supplied power adapter poses a safety hazard and could give you an electric shock if the cord touches your skin. The USB-C cable is too tight on both of my computers and I'm afraid it will damage them.
