The monitor is good. I've attached a picture of it running alongside a similar monitor that I reviewed and gave five stars a few weeks ago. The pictures on both look very good to me. Colors are vibrant and text is easy to read. No flickering or anything like that. It works well. [UPDATE] Great support! They contacted me several times and we worked out a solution. The monitor works well and has decent picture quality and brightness, especially for the price. Unfortunately, it has defective pixel clusters (see attached image) that are hardly noticeable in normal use. The supplied power adapter poses a safety hazard and could give you an electric shock if the cord touches your skin. The USB-C cable is too tight on both of my computers and I'm afraid it will damage them.

The NEOFYTE T14P is a good 1080p 1920x1080 external monitor. I connected it to my Samsung laptop with a Thunderbolt cable and it turned on immediately. Windows 11 added a second monitor and I was able to use it without any settings. I had to turn the brightness up to almost 100%, but when I did that everything was sharp and clear. I use this thing every time I travel to play with my friends and it's amazing. Very small and comes with a protective film. The stand that comes with it is also great. I use it with my Xbox S series. This makes them both very small and easy to transport.
