Review on Neofyte T14P Portable External Raspberry with Built-In Speakers, 60Hz by Sean Webster

not only for mobile use - a good second monitor when you need it

A few years ago I needed two monitors for a project. I borrowed one instead of buying it, but I liked it so much I kept thinking about getting my own. When I saw this 14 inch monitor I decided to give it a try. Most of the time I use the second monitor mainly for parking windows that I want to look at while working - email, calendar, to-do list. etc. But sometimes it is very useful to maximize several windows so that links, various places in documents, etc. can be easily seen. e. This monitor is well suited for this purpose. Since my needs don't extend to high-end graphics, I can't comment on how well the portable Stage handles demanding games, but it works well for me when viewing video sources (news, movies, YT, etc.). I didn't notice any distortion or dead/bright pixels so the screen looks good. Colors are rich, contrast/black is good. Everything is settled. The default settings weren't quite what I wanted and were easy to adjust to get the image I wanted. Top 3 resolutions I tried to show with attached images. , sizes 1920, 1600 and 1280. The highest resolution is very sharp but a bit small for my aging eyes. I usually keep it at 1600. I'm sorry the moire is so bad in the photos. For protection and use when traveling, the included folder/stand is fine. However, on my desk, I found the folder got in the way, so I bought a separate stand that got the job done and was less intrusive. (I've seen at least one review where someone thought it came with a tripod, but it's not listed as "what's included" although it does show in some photos - I didn't really care.) a another area that I found smaller than I would like is the size. It's 14 inches and I wanted more. I'll know how it will be, but I predict that I'll have a big portable screen soon. However, I will continue to travel with a 14-inch screen. If you're in the market for a portable monitor, I think this one is worth a look.
