This cookware set replaces the previous set I used for the weekly planned meals. The accessory includes a detachable handle and works in the oven without worrying about melting plastic into food. It survives even a quick start in BROILER mode for 10-15 minutes without damage. For example, when you finish a dish by melting a filling on top, such as B. a dish with lasagna or ricotta; which requires the brazier to be used rather than being carried over to other utensils and spoiled. The last last set burned almost daily after 5 years of repeated use. Prepared 9-12 meals per week including breakfast, lunch/dinner and dinner. As well as dishes for festive occasions or for reheating food that cannot be reheated in the microwave. I'll probably get about the same amount of use out of this set.
