SO SO SO SO DANGEROUS! DO NOT BUY! I'm so angry about this. Today we FINALLY got around to installing this postal line. Our good friends have a good zipper and our kids wanted one too. Unfortunately we bought this one because the delivery time was just what we needed for Christmas. We recently had a baby and it has taken up our time. (So the return window closed of course) This was done EXACTLY as instructed and with a good friend of mine who already has a perfectly working zipline at home. So we knew exactly what we were doing and made no mistakes during the installation. I checked the line before sending the kids down and hadn't even started riding when everything snapped (the carabiner broke) and I landed on my back! I can't believe this product is being sold for kids to play with when it can literally kill them. The swivel buckle is also extremely dangerous as it constantly tries to loosen as hex nuts are not lock nuts. I'm honestly overwhelmed by this and will be contacting Amazon support for help on this matter.
