I bought this for my grandson because he needed a plasma ball. After long phone calls with him, we agreed on it. They offered green and that's what he wanted. He arrived a few days ago. The product packaging was dented and damaged but the Amazon shipping box was not. I was looking forward to it and wanted to see it. What a disappointment! It only works about 5% of the time and when it works it's weak and definitely not green. Pink. may be. Tried on audio - doesn't work at all. He will be so disappointed when he gets here on Monday.
