Review on 🔧 OTC 6617 Alternator Pulley Servicing Kit by Shane Wallace

I used an OTC alternator pulley service kit on a Chrysler (Denso) alternator and it broke. To be fair, I may not have rotated the tool correctly. I tried to hold the pulley and turn the alternator shaft, nothing happened at first, so I applied more force and part of the shaft broke. I haven't had a chance to use the tool kit on other types of alternators so I'll leave my opinion on the kit as a whole. So a costly mistake for me. On a positive note, the seller shipped the tool to me quickly. I have purchased over the counter tools in the past and have found them to be of high quality and reliable. I will be buying over the counter products again, using Revain again and looking for additional instructions next time.
