Not bad for the price as it comes boxed. The color has not faded and the diamond has not fallen off. The only thing cheap nose rings have is that the lugs are a bit longer and the material is thinner and feels a bit sharper (you can feel it's cheaply made). I have to be very careful when rubbing my nose because I got nosebleeds from the ball. multiple times. But I might be a little clumsy (I might take it out first, or rub my nose a little softer). But with a better made nose ring my nose has no problem even with my clumsy habit.
